1. Use of the platform

PropCountry is an online marketplace that connects property seekers with owners, agents and developers. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

2. Listings

Users posting a property confirm that they are the owner or authorised to market it, and that all information, photos and prices are accurate. Every user listing is reviewed by our team and may be edited, rejected or removed at our discretion.

3. Project information

Developer project details including RERA numbers, prices and possession dates are provided by the respective developers. Buyers must independently verify all details, including RERA registration on the state RERA website, before making any payment.

4. Prohibited content

Fake, duplicate or misleading listings, offensive content and spam are not allowed and may lead to account suspension.

5. Liability

PropCountry is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing information or from dealings between users.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
